I didn’t receive my activation email

  1. I didn’t receive my activation email

  • Check the Spam folder in your email account.
  • Try waiting 15 minutes, sometimes our system receives too many registration requests and it takes some time to send the email.
  • If you’ve followed the above steps and are still having trouble receiving your activation link, please contact us.
  1. I’m having trouble logging in

  • If you forgot your password, it’s easy to reset it and obtain a new password. (click here to know how)
  • If you remember your password, but are still having difficulty logging in, here are some things you can try:
    • Did you activate your account by clicking the activation link in the email we sent you?
    • Is your caps lock key on?
    • Do you have UniKey or some other software that changes text turned on?

If none of the above fix your problem, please contact our support team.


  1. I want to reset or change my password.

  • How can I reset my password?

    • Go to the signin page at
    • In the top right corner, click “SIGN IN”, then choose “Forgot your password?”

Click on “Forgot your password?” in the bottom-right corner

  • Enter your email then click “SEND RECOVERY LINK”.

  • How can I change my password?
    Once you’re logged into your QC Cốc Cốc account, you can change your password by clicking the “My account” tab.

    • Type your new password, re-enter it and then type your old password.
    • Click “SAVE”.
