How Account Access Works

What is Account Access?

Account access allows other users to access your account. You can choose how much power the user has within your account. This is helpful if you are working with other people on your advertising campaigns.

By default, no third-party users have access to your account.

How do I grant a user account access?

Granting account access is easy. Just follow these steps:

Step 1. Click on the small triangle next to your email. Choose “Account Settings”

Step 2. In the “Account Settings” interface, click on the “Account Access” tab.

Step 3. Enter the person’s email address and choose their access level. You can also make an optional comment to remind yourself who and why that user has account access.

Step 4. Click “Add” to grant account access.

What are the different account access levels?

You can grant other users account access with two different levels:

  • Read only: Users can view your campaigns, ads, and statistics, but cannot make any changes to your account.
  • Full Access: Users can view your campaigns, ads, and statistics AND make changes to your campaigns and ads. Only grant this account access level to users you fully trust.

What does a user need to do to accept account access?

When you grant account access to a user’s email address, one of two things can happen:

  • If the user already has a Cốc Cốc account, they can log in with their normal account details and manage your account. They will receive an email confirming their access to your account.
  • If the user does not have a Cốc Cốc account, they will receive an email inviting them to create an account. Once created, they can use their account to access your account.

How do I revoke account access?

You can revoke a user’s account access at any time by navigating to the account access page and clicking the red “X” mark to the right of the user.

They will receive an email notification. Once revoked, that user will no longer have any access to your account.
